ABOUT THE DIRECTORY
This Directory of Internet Resources is provided at no charge to readers of Naked In Cyberspace (2nd edition). The Directory is intended as a starting place for Internet-based research into individuals and groups, and to keep readers of the book updated on the latest sites and databases, as well as trends and developments occurring since publication (September, 2002). Wherever possible, links to the Internet resources listed have been activated to allow point and click access.

We need your help! If you know of a site that offers resources for researching public records or personal information online, please forward the URL and a brief description to calane@cox.net. If we find it of value to Naked in Cyberspace readers, and it meets our criteria for inclusion, we will feature it in the Directory.

HOW TO USE THE DIRECTORY

In order to take full advantage of the Directory, a copy of the book is required. If you do not have a copy of Naked In Cyberspace ($29.95 plus shipping/handling), you can order it online through Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or your favorite online bookstore.

The Directory is set up to reflect the organization of the book, and page numbers are included for easy cross-reference. Refer to the book's Table of Contents and to specific chapters in order to navigate the information contained in the Directory.

Only those excerpts of the book's (587 page) text considered essential to using the Directory have been included, and these portions of text have been edited specifically for this purpose. All sites in the book are listed in this online directory. Note also that new sites are added frequently, and several online supplement sections have been included in the online directory, so not all sites listed in the Directory appear in the book.
